A very good place to start la la laaaaa

Well my very first blog entry how exciting!!!!!!!!!

Anyone other then myself may never fully know just how much of a miracle this is.

We will skip the details of all the hurdles that I have set in place myself by just being ME... me with my horrible history of procrastination, inconsistant wifi hotspots, writers block, computer with a propensity towards chaos and breaking, my on demand breastfeeding schedule, my moving into a new house/ new area schedule.... we will skip all that, just trust me.... its a miracle.

O a very good place to start.. when you read you begin with ABC... when you blog you begin with.... well the here and now.

Sonseray, Who truly is a sun ray. put herself to sleep for the night by carrying on a lively conversation with the ceiling fan, and working super hard to bring her little pudgie hand up to snack on....

I'll touch on the fact that my unique and amazing swaddling skills may have hit Jacksonville by surprise.. I attract comments left and right wherever I go regarding my snug as a bug papoose.
This is her napping yesterday... oh shes so CUTE!!!

Apparently a tightly swaddled, quiet, smiling baby worn in a sling by a very well-rested, smiling young mom is unique or something...

Well tonight the Sunray succeeded and wriggled her hand to her mouth and is now asleep.. (worn out no doubt. - I like TIGHT swaddles after 9pm.)

Being in a swaddle has hardly kept my two month old from physical activity.. she is ROLLING around from TUMMY to BACK and from BACK to TUMMY..... ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can hardly believe it myself.. My newborn sniff sniff.... milestones DAILY it feels like!!!

Michael is off on some Marine Corps field OP.... He will miss my birthday but I'm hoping we will be able to share Christmas as a family at least. "They" have made it seem like a small possibility -my cool lovebird pointed out that he may need to be on duty over the week of christmas... there is no end to the sacrifices of a military family. whine whine.. stomp stomp..
