Please share my grief!!!!

Well... I must digress to share some current frustration with a cell phone company we all know of.. and supposedly many people love.
Not me I HATE them!!! They get NO stars in my ratings for their A. Appalling customer service, B. Billing accuracy, C. Coverage, D. E. F......The list is currently running out of alphabet so I'll spare you and you can just TRUST me on that one.
The latest:
For starters Michael and I are beyond current with our outrageous and ever fluctuating monthly charge. Our average payment since October has been over 200 without explination.. (2 smart phones minimum minutes) and our budget blowing payment for January has been already been paid.
Michael accidentally had an additional replacement phone sent to us when he filed an insurance claim back in October. We rejected it at the door and they "misplaced" the tracking number charging us the retail price of this oopsies phone we didn't even need (400). After two different visits talking to customer service reps regarding this issue we were told to send Michael's original broken phone (thankfully I had kept it to recycle during my move) to them and the charge would be taken off our account.
This was a month ago they received the phone. we kept the tracking number and had delivery confirmation even. A third personal conversation with a customer service rep it all seamed to be fine and pending.
HOWEVER yesterday morning they suspended our phone lines out of the blue and we cannot call out without being directed to the automated billing department where we are told we have a balance of 400 that needs paid immediately.
Plus a reconnect fee of 25 per phone.
